Annual Citizen's Roundtable: A Community Conversation Posted on Tuesday, January 19 @ 22:04:59 CST by tchadmin Come join in the Annual Citizen's Roundtable: A Community Conversation on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Crest Theatre at Old School Square, 51 North Swinton Avenue. The evening will begin with presentations from the Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Board, the Community Redevelopment Agency and the City's Administration. Immediately following the opening presentations, citizens are invited to participate in a unique community conversation that will take place in the Old School Square Gymnasium. During this conversation we will explore major issues (i.e. quality of life, financial condition of City) on the minds of Delray Beach citizens. The goal is to build consensus and a shared understanding for the future of our City. All participants will have a voice during the dialogue and you will be able to connect with your fellow citizens. This new and innovative format can help us, as a community, identify new opportunities and solutions to existing problems.
